Summary
The aim of the project is to build an experimental academic network using open platforms gateways and network terminals Internet of Things (IoT). Experimental network will connect the two university research institutes (VŠB-TU of Ostrava, Czech Technical University in Prague) through national research and education network CESNET. Another aim is to verify the functionality implemented by the network in terms of properties and achievable parameters (e.g. network throughput optimizing coverage, security, etc.). The project will build a test platform and verify the operation of experimental technologies for IoT connected through NREN (National Research and Education Network).
