Summary
The aim of the project is to extend the academic experimental network using open gateways on the LoRa-WAN platform. This project is directly linked to Project No. 600/2017 entitled "CESNET Pilot Project for the Use of the Internet of Things (IoT)", supported in 2017 and 622/2018 "Development of the CESNET Experimental IoT Network on the LoRa- WAN "supported in 2018 by the CESNET Development Fund. The first objective of the project is the further expansion and development of the CESNET experimental IoT network on the LoRaWAN platform. The second objective of the project is the development and testing of advanced applications, especially localization services (Lora-Loc), in the already realized experimental Lora-WAN network. The project will enable the development of a testing platform and verification of the operation of experimental IoT technologies and services connected through the National Research and Education Network (NREN).
