Title
CHIMERA - a platform for secure communication between mobile devices
Code

Summary
The project focuses on the experimental development of CHIMERA software, which will significantly help secure mobile communications for its users. It is a communication tool that is the only one on the market that meets the requirements for secure communications for state defense and security forces.
The project was created in response to the growing need for secure and controllable communication in both the public and private sectors. The software will focus primarily on the state's security and defense sector, in particular the Czech Police, the Czech Fire Brigade, the Czech Prison Service, the Czech Customs Administration, GIPS, BIS, the Czech Army, the Military Office of the President of the Czech Republic, and the Castle Guard. (EU) Subsequently, if possible based on an agreement with the security and defense forces of the Czech Republic, also law firms and companies associated with the Association of the Defense and Security Industry.
The identified needs of these entities stem from concerns about cyber attacks and data leaks, which require advanced secure communication solutions. Organizations are looking for reliable ways to protect information. There is also a significant demand for solutions that allow them to keep all data under their own control, without dependence on external service providers. Added to this is the need for flexibility and scalability of applications that can be easily adapted to specific requirements.
The CHIMERA project responds to these needs by providing robust end-to-end encryption, ensuring the security of all communications. The option of installing it directly into the customer's network infrastructure ensures that all data is under their full control, eliminating the risks associated with data transfer via third parties. It also offers configurable access levels, enabling data and user management within organizations, providing flexibility and control over information security.
Among other things, the project responds to the current international political situation, where the most common communication platforms have owners based outside the EU (5 of the 7 most common applications have owners based in the US, as we show in section 3.3).
The result of the project will be a digital solution, the CHIMERA 2.0 software product—a communication platform that includes applied artificial intelligence algorithms and provides innovative and new features.
