Summary
The creation of optimal climate in interiors of residential, administrative, common buildings is considered to be an important question from the point of view of economy and environmental aspects. The aim of this project is to contribute a grand deal to the complex solution of considered problem. The solution will be solved with respect to two aspects: -The creation of total comfort of a human being from medical and physiological point of view -The minimizing of energy demand for considered comfor for different types of heating systems Electrical, thermal and light factors will be taken under consideration. The plan of the solution consists in a proposal of methodology of appreciation of factors above, in measurements and their analysis and consequent recommendations in form of methodological rules. The project will be solved co-operatively with The Faculty of Electrical Engineering of Czech Technical University in Prague and The Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science VŠB-TUO.
