Summary
The purpose of the project is: a) To develop the theory of automata (especially automata with an operation restart), the theory of formal languages (in particular languages defined by less common forms, e.g. contextual grammars) and the theory networks (especially neural networks) with intention of utilizing the obtained knowledge in computational linguistics and in other (practical) tasks in language recognition and pattern recognition. b) To design software development environments based on the abov mentioned theoretical models. Using the built development environments to develop products of linguistics engineering and products for recognition of planar objects. The planned project can be seen as a formal framework supporting scientific co-operatio of teachers, PhD. students and students in three seminars, which overlap in subjects and in participants.
