Summary
The goal of this project is the development of an expert system that will enable, in a highly qualified way, the implementation of designs of lighting systems in spaces of demanding mental and physical activities, such as school rooms, offices of allkind s, sanitary spaces, etc. The working out of basic and auxiliary criteria will be completed on the basis of experiments performed that will make it possible to realise the connection of the human factor and technical criteria. What belongs to them isespec ially the analysis of luminance conditions that influence the human factor and that can be measured by technical means. The project will be a significant means for designers, hygiene officers, power engineers and economists to be able to design, orcheck the illuminating systems from the standpoint of their technical and economical parameters and their effect on the human factor.
