Robotic transport and fixation monobloc of disposal canisters with spent nuclear fuel, with an automated process of safe transport into the deep repository on the rail vehicle

The project aim is research and development of prototype of a robotic transport and fixation monobloc of DCs with SNF, with
mechanism of height positioning of the monobloc, supporting skeleton of monobloc and superstructure, with subsystem of drives and
safety arresting elements, SW and HW, navigation, control and sensory subsystem and interface to implement the monobloc on a
realized prototype of robotic vehicle so the control and navigation subsystems of rail vehicle and monobloc are synchronous, and the
target product – the complex transport and fixation robotic rail vehicle with an automated system of all functions will be developed.
The utility model and prototype will be realized by 2021, with the use of the prototype in the hall simulator of SÚRAO and underground
laboratory of DGR.
